LEE COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

A woman is recovering after her SUV was struck by another vehicle, flipping it several times.

It happened around 3:15pm Saturday, near the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 19.  Georgia State Patrol troopers say John Earley was driving an Expedition, turned left out of the Winn Dixie parking lot and was crossing over into the far right lane headed north, when he clipped an Xterra that was also headed north.  Authorities say that caused the Xterra to flip several times. 

The woman driving the Xterra was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.  Troopers say Earley was driving with a suspended license and suspended registration.  No one else was injured.

Officials have not released the name of the woman who was injured.
