THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Criminals went to the back door of a house on South Street in Thomasville, and burst their way inside on Wednesday night.

Police say they took several hundred dollars worth of electronics and a Yamaha four-wheeler, and made a clean getaway. They are still looking for the thieves.

Here is a release issued by TPD-

Thomasville Police are investigating a burglary, which took place on May 22, 2013.

Officers spoke with a resident in the 700 block of South Street, who stated that someone had broken into his residence by kicking in a back door of the house.

The resident stated that two Flat screen televisions, two DVD Players and a Sound system were taken from the residence.

 A red Yamaha  four wheeler was also taken from the patio area of the residence.

This is an on-going investigation and police would like to hear from anyone with information about this crime.
