(WMC-TV) - Roadways around the Mid-South are flooding resulting in cars getting stuck in massive puddles and flooded areas.

Reports are coming in of water covered roadways in East Memphis around Clark Tower on Poplar Avenue.
Roadways and front yards of neighborhoods in Southaven are also flooding. Cowpen Creek has flooded closing a bridge in Olive Branch.

A flash flood warning is in effect for Shelby County and DeSoto County, Mississippi. The warning will stay in effect until 11:15 p.m. Tuesday.
