Wreck sends tree limbs across Liberty Expressway

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An unusual wreck on Albany's bypass Monday night left the highway littered with yard debris.

About 9:30, a car collided with a trailer that was hauling tree limbs on the Liberty Expressway between the Jefferson and Slappey exits. The collision knocked the trailer loose from the Expedition that was hauling it. It overturned and spilled debris.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating. We don't think anyone was seriously hurt.
