Former Deerfield Windsor golfer Josh Crews is headed down the Georgia coast.
Crews signed with Coastal College of Georgia this afternoon.
He has been homeschooled since his junior year, but was an all-state golfer during his time with the Knights.
He also won the 2010 Player of the Year, and was the low medalist at the GSGA State Tournament.
He says he chose CCGA because of how it will help him in his future.
"I chose there just cause of the opportunities it presents, just being over in St. Simons, there's pros, there's all kinds of people over there," Crews says. "If you really got connected with some of those people, it can really help you out in your future."
Crews also says he chose CCGA because of the relationships he developed with the school's coaches.
