A paralyzed Albany man is already flying his radio controlled airplane at Hilsman Park again after the city manager told him there's no ordinance to stop him.
Earlier this year Police told Randall Belt he had to stop enjoying his hobby at the central Albany park because of complaints by neighbors.
Friday a test by a code enforcement officer showed the plane did not break the noise ordinance limit.
Thursday City Manager James Taylor told Belt he would not be breaking any ordinance if he resumed flying his plane, but he asked him to make sure only one plane flies at a time and to be considerate of the neighbors.
