Through this initiative, Webb had the opportunity to present at several GeorgiaEducational Technology Conferences (GaETC), while working with GaETC Promote Georgia/Project BasedLearning as a competition judge. For the last five years, Webb was employed in ASU's Information Technology (IT) department, where she served as an Instructional Designer, as well as fulfilling duties with academic computing and media services.

Her work efforts as the Director of Online Learning Programs supported academic initiatives and leveraged technology within the content of the university's mission of preparing students for lifelong learning, leadership and careers in a changing multicultural world.Prior to relocating to Albany, Webb proudly served her country for four years in the United States Navy.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Troy University and two master's degrees in bothInformation Technology from Florida Institute of Technology and Postsecondary Education (InstructionalTechnology) from Troy University.
