ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

James Wiley High, Junior pled guilty to one count of arson in the second degree today in Dougherty County.

Investigators say that he got into an argument with his sister, Betty Davis, and then burned her storage shed to the ground at her Kalmon Drive home because he was angry.

The trial was to begin Monday, but High accepted a plea deal which will have him on probation for 10 years.

He also has to pay $3,500 restitution to his sister for the loss of the shed and its contents.
