NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Funeral arrangements have been made for two of the three Stephen F. Austin State University students killed in a tragic Rusk County accident on May 4.

Services for Hunter Vance Buck, 23, of Bastrop, will be held today (Friday) at 4 p.m. at the Resthaven Funeral Home in Lubbock, according to Dr. Adam Peck, SFA's Dean of Student Affairs and Graduate Faculty.  A memorial gathering will be held in his honor at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Bastrop High School Erhard Field.

The viewing for Patrick Wayne Fagan, 18, of Missouri City, will be held from 9-9:50 a.m. at the Silverlake Church in Pearland. The funeral services are scheduled to start at 10 a.m.

Peck said that the family of Kamila Burgos-Carillo, 21, of Tampaulipas, Mexico, will not be holding a local memorial.

Beck's funeral will be Webcast. For those wishing to view it, here is the Website: http://webcast.dignitymemorial.com/ The memorial ID is 4576 and the case-sensitive password is 2EBMG.

"Patrick Fagan was most known for his ability to make everyone burst with laughter," said  Megan Martinez, a friend of the young man. "An accounting major with a kind and quiet spirit, he loved football and tennis. He was also an extremely talented dancer, often found in the center of a party or dance circle."

Martinez said Fagan constantly told his friends how much he enjoyed being a part of SFA's TKE chapter.

According to Texas Department of Public Safety Corporal Jesse Stewart, Kevin Christian Garcia, 19, of Houston, was driving a 2006 Ford Escape southwest on State Highway 315 in Rusk County when he made a U-turn and headed northwest. Then Garcia pulled onto the shoulder to make another U-turn and pulled out in front of an 18-wheeler, which struck his Escort on the driver's side. The accident occurred at 7:40 p.m. on May 4.

Buck, Fagan, and Burgos-Carrillo were passengers in Garcia's Escape. Garcia was seriously injured in the accident.

In the days following the accident, a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper confirmed that the Garcia had been drinking before the accident occurred.
