MARSHALL, TX (KLTV) -

Authorities have found an East Texas baby who went missing Thursday night.

According to Harrison County authorities, the baby was found in the truck that authorities considered stolen, in Marion County.

5-month-old Ethan Ramsey went missing somewhere around the Marshall area on Thursday. The Harrison County Sheriff's Office says his mother, Rachel Potter, 25, was in Longview at some point that morning.

Around 4:00 p.m. Thursday, Marion County Sheriff David McKnight says their office received a call about a partially-clothed woman walking along Farm to Market Road 134 two miles east of Jefferson. Deputies arrived to find Potter incoherent and nude from the waist down. She was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Sheriff McKnight tells us after she was picked up, Potter told them she had no memory of the last few hours except for she had her 5-month-old son with her and no idea where he was. She also could not remember where she left her truck.

Potter was arrested on child endangerment charges.
