Dougherty Asst. Superintendent to retire

Assistant Dougherty School Superintendent Kenneth Goseer plans to retire June 30th.

Goseer brought to light last year that the school system had reimbursed jail bond money to the parents of a student who was arrested.

Also planning to retire are MLK interim Principal David Adams and Sheryl Holmes, the principal at Lincoln Elementary.

When the school board meets Monday, they will also consider the resignations of eight other educators and the retirement of a school counselor.
