ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Overnight, detectives charged four men, two of whom were already in jail, with the March 17th drive by shooting that left two twenty year old men dead on Albany's southside.

Our cameras were in the courtroom Thursday morning as Harrell Hicks and Jawaski Kennedy appeared before a judge. They were denied bond.

APD homicide detectives arrested them over night and charged them with two counts of felony murder. Maurice Jimmerson and Desmond Warren are facing two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, and firearms charges. They were already in the Dougherty County jail on unrelated charges.

The APD Robbery/Homicide Unit received additional information on May 1st regarding the drive-by shooting killing of 20-year-olds William Davis Junior and Desmond Williams that lead to the arrests.

20-year-old Harrell Lorenzo Hicks, aka Harrell Lawrence Jr, and 20-year-old Jawaski Edward Kennedy were arrested on charges for two counts of felony murder around 12:40 am this morning by the APD Robbery/Homicide Unit and Gang Unit.
