The Albany Humane Society is getting a makeover thanks to some help from a national humanitarian group and national dog food company.
Colquitt County investigators are looking for a bunch of stolen guns and the burglars who swiped them.
They say they're seeing more home break-ins putting more guns on the streets.
Someone broke into a home on Earnest Norman Road in Norman Park last Thursday morning and took 21 guns, a flat screen tv and a laptop computer.
Sheriff's investigators say burglars are kicking in doors while people are at work and stealing guns and electronics.
They're following up on possible leads but they could use some help.
"We're asking anybody that has any information on an individual and that comes in contact with a bunch of firearms we ask that you give us a call," said Shannon Hart.
So far, none of the 21 guns has been recovered and no arrests have been made.
