Colquitt Co. man dies of gunshot

MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

The Thomasville office of the GBI is investigating a homicide in Colquitt County last night.

29-year-old Dusty Carroll was involved in an altercation at a house on Highway 33 South, and was shot last night in the abdomen, and drove himself to the hospital.

He was soon transported to a Macon hospital, where died about 7:30 this morning.

We are working with authorities to get more information on the investigation. So far, no one has been charged.
