Italian Chicken


2 cans English sweet peas
1 cup water
6 large potatoes peeled and quartered
1 large chicken cut into serving pieces or you can use all breasts if you prefer
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. salt


Grease a 9x13 with olive oil. Pour peas with juice in the bottom of the baking dish and add 1 cup of water. Arrange the potatoes and chicken on top of peas. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, parsley and salt over chicken and potatoes. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
