DALLAS (RNN) – All five living presidents were in Dallas on Thursday for the dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum.

During his speech, George W. Bush joked that he was "wasn't likely to be found in a library, much less found one" before breaking down into tears as he thanked the crowd.

About 10,000 people, including dignitaries from around the world, were present in Dallas.

The dedication was filled with humor and camaraderie among the presidents. Bill Clinton, who has worked closely with the Bush family in humanitarian efforts, joked he was the "black sheep son."

Presidents Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama all spoke honoring the 43rd president. Large applause broke out when George H.W. Bush, who has been in and out of the hospital, stood from his wheelchair to acknowledge the crowd.

The U.S. Army Chorus sung Battle Hymn of the Republic during the ceremony.
