ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Volunteers came out to the Art Park in Downtown Albany to help get ready for a weekend full of activities.

More than 20 people showed up to help clean up.

Nights of D'town will be held in the park Friday night and the start and end point for the Flint Riverquarium's Color Run will be at the park.

More than 500 people are already signed up for the run and Downtown Arts Coalition officials want folks to come out and enjoy the park.

"We're all here together with things going on and things to do. Everyone is coming together Downtown to do things that are fun," said Kris Letlow with the D'town Arts Coalition.

The Color Run festival begins Saturday afternoon at 1.
