BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) -

The Decatur County Sheriffs Office was notified yesterday by the U. S. Marshal's Office in Albany that they had a fugitive warrant from Atlantic City, NJ for 23-year-old Jesse Osborne.

The Marshals said they believed Osborne was in Decatur County because he had family there.

The Sheriff's Office and Marshals searched for Osborne for several hours, but after investigators contacted his family members, Osborne turned himself in to the Sheriffs Office around 2:00AM Wednesday.

According to the US Marshals Office in Albany, Osborne was on the Top 10 Most Wanted List for the State of New Jersey.

There was a warrant for bail forfeiture and a bench warrant for robbery.

Osborne remains in the Decatur County Jail. Officials from the State of New Jersey are on the way to pick him up.

Their search was concentrated on the Hall, Japonica, and Anderson Street areas.
