On tonight's Most Wanted, Michael Russell pleaded out of a murder charge but ended up not showing up for his sentencing, now Russell is on the run again from law enforcement.
He and 25-year-old Phirronnius Edwards were charged with murder in the September 2011 death of 29-year-old Billy Hewitt. Hewitt was gunned down during a botched robber outside his 9th Avenue home.
