ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

After two women were arrested in the case of the stolen cell phone through which pictures of a man were uploaded to the victim's Facebook page, a man is also charged.

Friday afternoon, APD reported that Richard Molden came to the police station about 10:30 a.m.  He was interviewed by Detective Bell and subsequently charged with Theft of lost or mislaid property.

The man in the photo, Chris Gamble,  is said by authorities to be an innocent dupe in the case. It's his 19-year-old girl friend, Miesha Jones, and her mother, 38-year-old Jennifer Reddick, who are charged with theft by receiving.

Albany Police Media Manager Phyllis Banks said "That individual cooperated with police. Came down to the police department yesterday evening, about 7:45. The individual was interviewed by detectives and through that interview it was determined he had no knowledge of the theft."

APD wanted to question Richard Molden, who had an outstanding probation violation warrant.
