LANSING, Mich. (AP) -

Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder plans to be in Atlanta to watch the Wolverines play for the NCAA men's basketball championship.

Snyder earned three degrees from the University of Michigan by age 23 and is a long-time season ticket holder to men's basketball games. He says it's "very exciting" to go to the title game Monday night and he hopes the Michigan-Louisville matchup is a good one.

Snyder told reporters at a morning event in Lansing that he isn't taking a state-funded plane to Atlanta.

He's also working on a wager with Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear and says a cherry pie could be on the line.

Meanwhile, Lt. Gov. Brian Calley says he's leading a delegation of state and local officials, business people and economic development experts on a six-day investment trip to the Netherlands.

Calley says the group leaves Saturday and returns April 19. Other participants include Michigan House Speaker House Jase Bolger, state Sen. Arlan Meekhof and Michigan agriculture Director Jamie Clover Adams.

The lieutenant governor says Michigan's long-standing ties with Dutch companies have brought jobs to the state.

Calley says stops include The Hague, Amsterdam and Zeeland to meet with key government and business leaders.

He says he'll meet with bank executives, advanced agricultural production and technology companies and auto suppliers.

The mission is a project of the West Michigan Global Initiative and other groups.
