TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

As of May 1st, the Tifton Gazette and Moultrie Observer will only publish Tuesday through Friday and on Sunday.

The Americus Times- Recorder will publish on Wednesday and Sunday only. Some folks say they still like to get their news from printed newspapers rather than online.

"I would  just would be lost without a newspaper I'm not a computer person, and I love my newspaper ," said Carenne Miller of Tifton.

Jayne Hendley also of Tifton said, "I even read the want ads, and it's something to do with my time here," in her assisted living center.

 The publisher of the Gazette says if anyone has questions they can contact him.
