DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GA -

Students around the state will begin taking this year's CRCTs in two weeks.

Dougherty County students and teachers are on spring break this week, but school officials are encouraging students to get enough sleep and eat right.

Interim Superintendent David Mosely says parental involvement can also play a major part in a student's success.  "It's the name of the game and I wish I had the magic formula to get parents more involved with their students and get involved in the schools. If we had that we would have a much better school system," said Mosely.

Testing begins April 15th and lasts until the 25th.
