2010 armed robber sentenced in Thomas Co.

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

A Thomas County man is headed to prison for his involvement in a "set up" 2010 armed robbery.

Superior Court Judge Harry Altman sentenced 22-year old Lenorius Davis Wednesday to 18 years in prison.

Davis and now 25-year old Lucious Brown robbed now 24-year old Kimberly Graham and now 54-year old Johnny Davis in Northside Park at gunpoint in 2010.

Investigators later learned Graham was actually in on the robbery with Davis and Brown.

"We are always glad to see a conviction for any major crime such as robbery or burglary. It's a relief to us as police officers as an agency. As all as the citizens who are victims of these people," said Lt. Eric Hampton.

Davis was convicted of armed robbery and aggravated assault.

Graham and Brown were also charged in the armed robbery, but are still awaiting trial.
