T'ville outreach ministry hosts Easter Eggstravaganza

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Recent crime victims and founders of a south Georgia outreach group are asking for help for their upcoming Easter Eggstravaganza.

The Brotherhood of Love Ministry is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt in Thomasville for children ages two to 12.

The event will feature an egg hunt, face painting, and other games.

Event organizers say they still need donations in the form of hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks.

"So we the Brotherhood of Love just want to be able to show love to the kids in the community and let them know and be able to understand why Christ died and gave his life for us," said Ministry Founder Gary Johnson.

The event starts at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.

All donations can be dropped off at the event site, 112 Fern Street in Thomasville.
