Seminole High Band sponsors symphony

DONALSONVILLE, GA (WALB) -

The Seminole County Green Machine Concert Band Presents 'A Night at the Symphony' Tuesday, April 9th at 7pm at the SCES Auditorium.

The Green Machine invites everyone to enjoy a formal symphony experience in the company of local friends.

Selections include:

  • Radetzky March by Johann Strauss,
  • Greek Folk Song Suite - Franco Ceasarini
  • I Dreamed a Dream - arr. M. Brown & D. Burke w/vocal solo by Wendy Bunce
  • Armed Forces Tribute, Dallas Burke, conducted by Sammy Alday
  • Legends in the Mist - Michael Sweeney;
  • Alma Mater - arr. D. Burke

  • Do You Hear The People Sing? from Les Miserables

    Dozens of animals in Southwest Georgia are curled up in new homes tonight.  That's thanks to PetSmart's National Adoption Weekend. Saturday three different Humane Societies from South Georgia brought pets looking for new homes to the Albany PetSmart.
