THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Two suspected thieves are in the Thomas County jail after returning to the scene of the crime.

Police say on March 7th two men were seen on surveillance video stealing a laptop and cell phone accessories at the Alltel on Remington Avenue in Thomasville.

A store employee says she recognized 52-year old Ezekiel Dukes, Jr. and 22-year old Zion Wilson when they walked back into the store Tuesday.

"We received another call back to the store on March 18th about the same suspects who were in the store again being suspicious, acting suspicious. Officers went there and it was determined these were the same gentlemen who had in fact been on the premises back on March the 7th," said Lt. Eric Hampton.

Dukes and Wilson were arrested yesterday outside store.

Dukes is charged with theft by taking.

Wilson is charged with shoplifting and obstruction because he resisted arrest.
