A Friday hearing for Dougherty County School teacher Deborah Flood is canceled following the discovery of previous allegations against her.
WALB News 10 has learned that Flood was accused of hitting a young student in November, but she was not disciplined for it, even though school police determined that it happened.
Flood is currently serving a 15 day suspension from the Professional Standards Commission for pulling down a kindergartner's pants and inspecting her genitals in 2011.
Flood appealed the suspension and was granted a termination hearing which was supposed to have been held Friday.
The hearing will be re-scheduled.
Flood was teaching at Sylvester Road Elementary School when the 2011 incident happened. She was transferred to Magnolia Elementary.
