Lowndes murder conviction upheld by high court

ATLANTA, GA (WALB) -

The Supreme Court of Georgia has upheld murder convictions and life prison sentences for Tobee Bradley in Lowndes Co.

While the Supreme Court has upheld Bradley's conviction for murder and other crimes, and his life prison sentence, it has vacated his convictions and sentences for aggravated assault and one count of possession of a firearm during a crime.

The trial court erred in not merging them with other crimes.
