ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany Technical College hosted their ninth annual workshop and luncheon for area clergy Thursday.

The theme was Real World Training for the Real World Workforce.

Pastors, faculty and staff talked about how education can play a big part in your life.

Pastor Mendoza urges students to take advantage of the educational opportunities Albany Technical College has to offer.

"I had to struggle for my education because I had to learn a lot of things and I didn't understand it and when I started understanding what I had to do and continue in life cause education is what you need to continue your life," said Pastor Jose Mendoza.

Albany Technical College has the highest graduation rate in the Georgia Technical System.
