MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

Two people are now charged in a Sunday night shooting in Moultrie that left a man dead and injured three others.

23-year-old Derek Rushing and 24-year-old Antonio Williams are charged with murder. Rushing was arrested Thursday afternoon at the Scottish Inn in Tift County.

GBI agents along with US Marshals and TCSO Deputies assisted in his capture which happened without incident.

Agents say he is the suspected triggerman in the shooting on 2nd Street Northwest that left 50-year-old James King dead.

Williams was arrested Monday night and also charged with murder. It appears, agent say, that he acted as the getaway driver.

So far the murder weapon which fired dozens of shots, has not been recovered.

Rushing and Williams remain in the Colquitt County Jail.
