ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany business is offering a reward for information about their stolen trailer, which crooks towed away early Sunday morning.

There is surveillance video of the truck the crooks used to steal the trailer from behind Hale's Battery in the 1000 block of Flint Avenue.

About 4 am Sunday, the crooks cut the lock on the fenced area behind the business, hooked up the 16 foot dual axle trailer and towed it off.

Monday, the owner Dwayne Hale offered a reward.

"We just don't want it to continue, so hopefully doing this will kind of keep them from coming back or anything else happening. Let them know we are not going to just let them get away with it anyway," Hale said.

The surveillance video was captured by Hale's neighboring business, Homestead Pools, and Albany Police investigators reviewed it Monday as well.

If you have any information about the stolen trailer, valued at about $25,000, call Hale Battery Service at (229) 344-3912.
