ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Albany Police Department's Investigations Bureau would like to solicit the public's assistance with locating Kevin Harper.

Harper is wanted for Child Molestation.  On or about December 6, 2010, Harper sexually assaulted a child in the 700 block of Clark Avenue. 

This photo is from 2011. APD says that Harper is now bald and clean shaven.
