Following a successful December training camp in Tucson, Arizona where Retül performed fits for Team Garmin-Sharp on their 2013 Cervelo bikes, Retül Director of Fit Services and Education, Todd Carver, rejoined the team at their European camp in Calpe, Spain. Armed with Retül’s new Vantage 3-D Motion Capture System, Carver worked with the team’s riders, sports scientists and mechanics to further refine both road and time trial positions.

Of the numerous Pro Tour teams Retül has worked with, none has been a longer-standing or closer relationship than the one shared with Team Garmin-Sharp. Since 2007, every iteration of the current Team Garmin-Sharp has utilized Retül fitters and technology to ensure that their riders are optimally fit to their bikes. The 2013 campaign kicked off in December in Tucson, Arizona. Todd Carver worked directly with the team's staff to get each rider fit on both their road and time trial bikes. The training camp allowed riders to get used to the new equipment and put some miles into their legs after being fit. In mid-January, Carver, joined by Retül co-founder Franko Vatterott, made the now annual pilgrimage to the team’s second training camp of the season located in Calpe, Spain. Again, using Retül’s extraordinarily accurate Vantage 3-D Motion Capture System, the Müve Dynamic Fit Bike and the Levül Adjustable Wheel Block, riders’ positions were evaluated and detailed changes were made to make certain each rider is in their absolute optimal position to start the season.

Retül will continue to work with Team Garmin-Sharp to provide bike fit expertise in helping to maximize performance and comfort. The full Retül suite of bike fit products, including the Vantage 3-D Motion Capture System, the Müve Dynamic Fit Bike and the Levül Adjustable Wheel Block will be used by Team Garmin-Sharp throughout their 2013 season.
