    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

COLQUITT COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

A Colquitt County man charged in a deadly DUI crash that killed a teen in 2011 has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Prosecutors say 30 year old Shane Bush was drunk when his Chevy Tahoe veered off Georgia 33 and struck 19 year old Joshua Pritchett.

Pritchett was standing behind his truck on the side of the road getting an item out of his tool box.

Bush was indicted in December of 2011 on charges of vehicular homicide, driving under intoxication, open container, and failure to maintain lane.
