ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
An Albany man captured a suspected thief and held him at gunpoint for police.
Virgil Ross was charged with three counts of entering auto Tuesday morning.
Police say just before 1:00 AM, Greg Snidder saw Ross going through cars at Madison Apartments, in the one thousand block of North Madison Street.
Snidder held Ross at gunpoint until police arrived. Ross remains in the Dougherty County Jail.
