Under the leadership of mayoral candidate Dave Ware, residents from across the Pine Belt woke up at daybreak on Monday to assist with tornado relief.

By twitter and Facebook, Ware announced Sunday in the aftermath of the tornado that devastated Southern Miss that anyone interested in helping could meet at Shipley's Donuts at daybreak.
