ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A Dougherty County convenience store is burglarized again. It happened at the Fast Lane on Sylvester Road around 2am Sunday.

Dougherty County Police say the burglar shattered the front glass to get in.

The store owner says the thief took cartons of Newport Cigarettes, but didn't say how many. The surveillance video has not been released yet.  No one was injured.

The same store was burglarized last month.  The burglar was caught on camera throwing a piece of a concrete block through the front window and made off with 16 cartons of Newport cigarettes valued at $736.

No arrests have been made in that case.

If you have any information about either incident call Dougherty County Police at 229-430-6600.
