MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -
A fugitive from Texas was arrested in Moultrie and is behind bars in the Colquitt County jail, Friday.
26-year-old Robert Kendall was wanted in Montgomery County, Texas on charges including intoxicated manslaughter.
Moultrie Police arrested Kendall at a home in the 100 block of Clark Avenue.
