Update: Adel bank robbed

ADEL, GA (WALB) -

Adel Police are looking for two armed men who robbed a bank in Adel this afternoon and stole a customer's car.

Investigators say two black men stormed into the Trust Bank on 4th street around 3:30. They were armed with guns and were covered head to toe wearing white painters jumpsuits. The men stole cash and a customers car. The car was found shortly later behind the Dairy Queen. Thankfully no one injured during the robbery.

"As far as we can tell right now they did walk up to the establishment and they took the keys of one of the patrons inside the bank and stole their vehicle," said Jon Blake, Adel PD Investigator.

Right now police have no suspects. If you have any information on this bank robbery police ask you to call 299-896-2224.
