MONTROSE, Ga. (AP) - Interstate 16 eastbound in Laurens County, Ga., has reopened after a fiery fatal wreck Wednesday morning involving 27 vehicles near Dublin.

At least three people are dead in that fiery multi-vehicle pileup on I-16 near Montrose, Ga.

Twenty-seven vehicles collided in at least four separate crashes early today.

Six of the vehicles, including a tanker truck and a FedEx truck, burst into flames.

Emergency workers say at least 12 people are injured.
