ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Prosecutors now say it will be late this week or early next week before opening statements in a gang murder trial begin.

More potential jurors will be questioned Tuesday in the case against 7 men charged with the murder of LaShelton Stanford in the parking lot of Brickhouse Productions in February 2010.

Last week, the judge ruled one answer from a potential juror tainted the whole jury pool. They were sent home.

Friday, 23-year old Antonio Seay pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and agreed to testify against the remaining 7 defendants.
