ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Dougherty County Sheriff's Office had asked for help locating Carlos Lenard Green.

He has an active arrest warrant for Attendance of Witnesses to testify in the Brickhouse Production murder trial that is underway in Dougherty Superior Court.

However, late Monday night, the judge canceled the warrant, and officials say that Green is no longer wanted.
