MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -
Danny Hill, the suspected gunman in the Moultrie murder from Friday bonded out of the Colquitt Co. jail Monday morning. His bond amount was set at $50,000.
GBI agents believe a drug deal gone bad left a Moultrie man dead and another behind bars.
Agents say they arrested the 22-year-old Hill Saturday in connection with the murder of 20- year-old Kirby Yon, who's from Moultrie.
Yon's body was discovered in a car at Circle Drive and 3rd Avenue, SE around 9pm Friday night. Agents say he had been shot multiple times.
GBI agents say they believe Yon stabbed Hill, then Hill shot him.
Hill is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
