Troopers believe a drunk driver caused the crash in East Albany, which left two people injured.
41-year-old Gregory Williams was arrested around 7pm Sunday and charged with DUI and following too closely.
State Troopers say he slammed his Ford pickup truck into the back of a hummer that was stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of Clark Avenue and Cordele Road.
The hummer was pushed into the busy intersection and hit the back of a tractor trailer which was going north on Cordele Road.
The passenger in the pickup truck, 44-year-old Toyrick Williams was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the hummer, 60-year-old Lilli Drawdy, was treated at the scene.
