ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

One man is in custody following an ADDU raid at a duplex at 1628 Gardner Drive.

Agents served a warrant Friday afternoon on the apartment where they seized several bags of marijuana, a pistol grip shotgun, handguns, scales, baggies, and nearly $9,000.

They arrested Demarcus Price, who they say lived in the unit, during a traffic stop.

He's facing possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and firearms charges.

ADDU Major Bill Berry said Price is believed to a mid-level dealer.
