ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

WALB News has learned that another student,  a 10 year old, is being charged with making bomb threats in a Sylvester school.

Investigator Ronnie Graddy said the student is being charged with the bomb threat of the Elementary School on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

The juvenile is responsible for the message that caused the Elementary School to be evacuated that morning.

The juvenile is being charged with Terroristic Threats and Acts, Transmitting False report of Alarm, and Disruption of a public school.

Investigations are still on going for the two other bomb threats.

That makes a total of six students now facing serious charges in a rash of bomb threats against Worth Co. schools.

Also, three students are in custody at the Albany RYDC for having a stolen gun in a locker at Randolph-Clay Middle High School.

The gun was found Tuesday, and the students arrested soon thereafter.

Cade Fowler will have more details on these cases today.
