The Albany Police Department's Burglary Unit would like to solicit the public's assistance with identifying the man who broke into Ms. Bea's Restaurant on East Broad Avenue on January 18th, about 2:00 in the morning.
Owner Lusious Harris said that the brick that was used to break the front window is the same one that sits outside the building.
A patrolman saw a car speeding away from the location on Marie Road, but was unable to apprehend the driver.
