BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) -

The  Bainbridge Career Center of he Georgia Department of Labor announces the SWGA 2013 Job & Career Expo from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in Bainbridge.

The event is at the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Center on the Bainbridge College campus. It is being co-sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor Veterans Services, the Bainbridge Career Center and the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce.

Veterans and job seekers throughout the area are invited to attend the event and are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resumes.

Veterans will have the opportunity to meet with local Employment Representatives to receive career guidance and assistance.

Individuals will have the opportunity to meet and network with employers who have current job openings or expect to have openings within the coming year.

Job seekers may also have their resumes critiqued by professional resume experts and discuss career and training options with Bainbridge College staff.
