MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

A man charged nearly 9-years-ago in a Colquitt County mass murder will stand trial soon.

Jury selection is set to begin February 11th for Alexander Woods III.

He's charged with murdering Jaime and Tina Resendez, their 3-year old son, Tina's mother, and their housekeeper.

They were gunned down in their home on Highway 37 in November 2004 likely in retribution for the couple's cooperation with police in a drug case.

Jerry Johnny Thompson is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to five counts of murder.

A third defendant, Wilma Stover, is awaiting trail.
